Josie is sick right now because of…..
- Nausea, heartburn, indigestion, upset stomach, diarrhea.
- Nightime sniffling, sneezing, coughing, stuffy head, so I need to rest.
- Gardening goo inhalation.
If you guessed gardening goo inhalation, you are RIGHT! As part of today’s workout I picked b!tch-azz weeds in the garden for an hour. It really is a great workout, but my nose inhaled many evil spores of allergic stuff and did not take my allergy medicine.
I am very stoopid.
I cannot exercise when I’m sick. In fact, I typically need to NOT exercise an additional 2 days after I start to feel better. I’ve tried to do this the other way – like exercising through my bouts with viral bacterium germy infestations. But it does not work for me.
Maybe because I’m old?
