“Josie’s Way” MODIFICATIONS! My own 3-day cleanse consisted of fruit blended into every shake (which I recommend), chamomile and peppermint-green teas, and no 3rd shake in the evening, because I was too full. Please choose your modifications carefully to stick as close to the formal cleanse as possible. Add extra fruit or a veggie at snack time if you are really hungry. I also added a Stevia packet to each of my shakes. I highly recommend you blend your Shakeology with fruit & ice for the best taste.

You actually make it seem so easy with your presentation but I
find this matter to be actually something which I think
I would never understand. It seems too complex and very broad for me.

Im on my 3rd day of this cleanse and I have to say I thought I would be hungry I am not. I also do not need the 3rd shake I stay fairly full. I am making sure for my dinner so I can enjoy a fuller plate and feel content I am using spinach since the caloric intake is so minimal. I don’t like my salad to be boring so I added fresh mango salsa 2tbsp made fresh at home is only 20cal.!!!:) and adds flavor and color to a boring salad. So far my 3rd day is going well i’m very surprised the shakes are holding me and I am not hungry and have no cravings! This coming from a person who loves to snack all day long:)
