I really want to lose as much weight as possible. After three boys I gained 65 pounds. My first boy was 7lbs 14oz, second boy 9lbs 4oz, Third boy 8lbs 15 oz. I really need alot of help. I have tried every program and spent so much money. I weigh 220. I want to weigh 135 which is my dream weight. Help!!!
