One time, when I was about 4-years old, I was disco dancing with my Uncle Walter. He flung me too hard and I crashed into a mirror… crashed straight through it. The mirror broke to pieces. As you might imagine, I was a bloody mess. Uncle Walter was a teenager at the time, and he was so scared when it happened. I crack up every time I think of it. That was my debut of dancing in front of mirrors. Who would’ve thought that, at the age of 43, I’d still be dancing in front of mirrors. heheheheeeeee.

This is one of my favorite songs right now. Now let’s get ‘ta shakin’ it!

Nothing beats a great pair of legs. Isn’t that how the saying goes? My own legs used to be pretty jacked up. They were very melty-looking. Needless to say, I was unhappy with my legs and never thought they’d be anything near decent.

The current state of your body is not set in stone. You have the power to change it and shape it and make it better than it’s ever been. But it will take more than me telling you so, and more than me posting this dance workout for beautiful legs. You have to believe it for yourself.
