Ahhh yeah. This is my new favorite dance workout. I am soooo down with this. Be sure to engage your abs during this entire dance to really get a good workout in your core. Roll those hips and have fun with it!

All of my dance workouts are designed to be easy so you can follow along, have fun, and burn calories without worrying about complicated moves.

    upbeat and energetic.. but fun most of all! the only way I can bring myself to exercise is through dance.
