Nothing beats a great pair of legs. Isn’t that how the saying goes? My own legs used to be pretty jacked up. They were very melty-looking. Needless to say, I was unhappy with my legs and never thought they’d be anything near decent.
How my legs used to look:
The current state of your body is not set in stone. You have the power to change it and shape it and make it better than it’s ever been. But it will take more than me telling you so, and more than me posting this dance workout for beautiful legs. You have to believe it for yourself. Now let me ask you a question…will you dance with me?

I love this! Not everyone wants to be in a gym squatting or lunging and this routine has a lot of squat variations, but makes it fun! Great legs too.
Yes to the dancing squats! I love tricking my body into not knowing it’s exercising when it actually is.

I used to have beautiful legs, but when I stopped jogging. They became fat. I feel like it doesnt suit my entire frame since I’m just 46kg and 5’4″ in height but my legs are not that thin. Thanks for sharing this post. I will be trying your dance routine real soon. By the way, any idea if I should continue jogging or not?
