Nothing beats a great pair of legs. Isn’t that how the saying goes? My own legs used to be pretty jacked up. They were very melty-looking. Needless to say, I was unhappy with my legs and never thought they’d be anything near decent.
How my legs used to look:
The current state of your body is not set in stone. You have the power to change it and shape it and make it better than it’s ever been. But it will take more than me telling you so, and more than me posting this dance workout for beautiful legs. You have to believe it for yourself. Now let me ask you a question…will you dance with me?
