Do you feel like you the genetic lottery and are doomed to never have nice pair of legs? Well, you are dead wrong, my friend. Today I’m sharing the before and after pictures of my legs. You’ll see how my legs used to look before I started my fitness journey, and I explain what I did to transform them.

I just love you!!! So real!!!!
Back a few years ago, “good legs” meant thin legs. Now that they’ve been redefined as strong and muscular, everyone has a better shot at them.
And besides, legs that do what YOU want them to do…that’s self-confidence, which is the sexiest trait a woman can have.
well said Larry!
You are somebody special, and you are correct, weight loss is very different from having toned muscles.
AND AND AND on top of all that I want yer legs and the socks.

It’s your birthday! Today! I’m late here so I can be on time for your birthday! Happy Birthday!
I love your legs!
I tried Pure Barre for the first time two weeks ago and I can barely keep up with the leg exercises, but I figure it’s the ticket!
Thank you for the birthday wishes, you awesome moose-lovin’ gal.
Wow what a transformation! Your legs look amazing. Strength training is the best!!!!
The body part I dream of changing is my tummy and I don’t think any exercise can help me… it’s just all about lowering my body fat to reveal my abs underneath, so my diet is key!
You know what do to, girl! Git ‘er done.

Hey Chris. Thank you so much. I’ll stop by your blog!
Thanks for that inspiration Josie! I am 52 and lost 60 pounds almost 5 years ago. I need to tone and firm!
I’ll be using your videos for assistance!
