Hi friends! Are you ready to workout with me? This is a quick 5 minute fat burning workout. We will be doing 7 exercises for 30 seconds each with 10 seconds of rest in-between. The workout is short, but intense, and will help you burn fat in your entire body while toning the butt, thighs and abs. Let’s get to it!
Exercises in this workout:
- Dive bomber push ups
- Switch lunge with knee tuck
- Fast football feet into jack
- Planking shoulder taps
- Side to side touches with tuck
- Touchdown squat with front kick
Join me in these daily moves. No sitting on your ba-donk-a-donk for too long. Keep that body moving.
- Monday: 10 tuck jumps
- Tuesday: 15 Kettlebell or dumbbell swings
- Wednesday: plank hold as long as possible… repeat 3 times
- Thursday: 10 surfers (this move is in the video!)
- Friday: 10x jump squat into regular squat
Healthy Snack Ideas For This Week
- Pineapple Mango Strawberry Smoothie (also great with yogurt added)
- Plantain Chips
- Frozen Grapes
- Side salad with sweet cranberries to top it.
- Cranberry Walnut bread smathered with almond butter (make it a small piece of bread)
