Sorry to plaster my butt cheeks all over your computer screen, but this really is a booty thang. Here are 9 moves guaranteed to give you a better booty if you commit to doing them on the regular. There is no such thing as a backside in need of lifting, plumping and firming when you’ve got these 9 moves in your workout arsenal. Now ‘git to it!

    Looks like a killer lower body workout! People won’t be able to sit w/o pain
    for a while. What no lunges? Just kidding. Thanks for the workout I already
    do most of them but you have given me some ideas of extra toughness to add
    in.

    Girl! You’re bringing booty back!!!! Love this! I didn’t have any junk in the trunk, but recently I’ve noticed some growth. I attribute deadlifts, weighted squats & lunges, and one leg squats (pistols). Perhaps I need to add some more of these to my daily life to get things going even more.
