I’m pumped reading your book right now, Josie. I just LOL’d as “Hungry Situation A” began to unfold. I’m starting fasting today. Don’t worry, I’m already ready. It will work splendidly for me being a 8-5 busy work girl with free ice and filtered water all day. At 11AM today I break into my food bag–by then I’ll have read the rest of your book.
