Lower Body BOOM! Legs and Booty Circuit

This lower body circuit has 3 moves that will get your heart pumping to melt the fatty parts, while shaping your legs and booty into BOOMTASTIC.

Select a challenging weight that you can push strong while maintaining good form. I used a 35-pound kettlebell.

COMPLETE 3 ROUNDS OF:

  • 10 deep squats with heavy weight
  • 20 kettlebell swings
  • 2 passes of walking lunges

The combination of these 3 moves is K-I-L-L-E-R! I dare you to try it. I promise you’ll be walking weird the next day. A lower body workout that transforms bodies has the tendency to do that. ((winks))

Your videos are inspiring! Would you consider sharing how you make them? Do you use a particular software? Where do you get the music? how long does it take? …etc

My dear, you definitely don’t look your age! And look at that body! Can’t believe you’ve squeezed out a bunch of gremlins!

And you’re awesome, so powerful. I totally need this workout (to build me a booty!) but I think I need to get a heavier kettlebell. I bought one at Goodwill for like $5 but it’s only 10 pounds. Guess I should start there and see if I can even match up!

Ya, you can definitely start with a 10-pound weight, especially to perfect your form on the swings ‘n such. That’s a heck of a deal to snag a KB for $5!

I can’t believe you use a 35lb weight for this! I did the two kettlebell exercises over lunch today and the 10 lb was a little light so I could definitely go up a bit, but I couldn’t imagine doing 35lb! You must be in beast-mode! Or you’re just that much better than me. 🙂

I showed my girlfriend your video of this on the 4th. she loves it!! she wants her butt get bigger. I told her to add Weighted Hip Thrust. All you need to do is 4-to-10 sets using a weight that allows you to only do 5-to-12 reps per set of either the butt bridge or hip thrust 1-to-2 days per week to get a bigger butt. Combined with your video its working like a charm. Who needs Kim K i got my own at home.
Do you know of any more kettlebell workouts?
