If I don’t have a plan, I’m totally screwed. And yep, I have been screwed before. I get the best results with my fitness by operating within a structured, defined plan each week. My workouts have changed a lot since I showed you my first 7-day snapshot calendar. The changes were necessary to avoid a plateau, and to up the ante on the personal challenge of the workouts. As for my food choices, they’re real tasty ‘n stuff.
There’s a Peach Festival this Saturday and I’m going. I absolutely, undoubtedly intend to activate my backup stomach for peach cobbler intake. This festival comes around only once a year, and I’ll be damned if I deny myself the cobblers.
