I’ll cut right to the chase because I’m couch-azzing right now and my TV show is about to come on.
If you’ve been cruising through the Bikini Body Challenge like a stroll in the park, barely working up a sweat… ummm, why? But even a moderately funky sweat isn’t good enough at this point. Hard work will get you EVERYWHERE, so if you haven’t started working hard yet, May is the time to begin and this mini challenge is the way to get it done.
The May Mini-Challenge is to accomplish the fitness feat of your choice: something you have NEVER accomplished before. By the end of May, you will have major swag and cool points from the fitness feat you worked hard to master, AND you’ll have enjoyed many sweaty moments to help usher you into that bikini.
What the hell am I talking about, you ask?
Take the fitness feat of my choice, for example. This video demonstrates what I will master by the end of May….
But right now at this very moment in time? I can do the tuck part just fine, but when I manage to sporadically achieve enough stability and balance to start moving into the pike position, my pike is NOT a full pike. It’s a ghetto-pike. And then I fall on my azz and start cussing. After about 5 lame attempts, I’m sweating and my upper body and core are feeling the burn.
So do you see how this works? Even as you attempt many lame attempts at your fitness feat, you are STILL getting in a workout and getting better as you consistently keep trying.
The fitness feat you choose can be anything you’ve NEVER done. It could be to run X-number of miles; accomplish X-number of push ups; or maybe you’d like to join me in accomplishing the stability ball tuck and pike?
