Amazing Booty Challenge

It’s my birthday. I’m 41 today. This past weekend I bought myself some new workout pants & gnawed on some celebratory Froot Loops and Honeycombs and bacon… and… and… oh ya, and hot pretzels with cheese dip, and Filet Mignon, too. ((burp))

Now instead of talking birthday cake and balloons, how’s about we do a quick booty workout instead???

  6. I’m with everyone else, I have to say that you look like you could be no older 31! And check out that awesome booty!

    I’m with Kita, I’ve got a pancake-flat booty and need loads of help. :) For Zumba we do a 3.5 min. song that is all squats, I’m hoping that can round up my booty.

      Hey Hope. You can shoot for 2-3X’s week. The challenge goes by really fast, so tacking in onto another workout would be good.
