IMPROMPTU WORKOUT #1: I kayak’d in the ocean. Killer upper body workout! Also burned extra calories due to being scared as shit out in the ocean…in a kayak. Maybe I ought to get my brain checked.
IMPROMPTU WORKOUT #2: I found a rock on the beach. It weighed about 11-lbs. Then decided to hold the rock overhead with one arm and walk for one-mile. On the way back I switched arms. I’m sure I looked like a total idiot carrying a rock like this, but walking in sand with an 11-lb rock is serious business.
There’s always a way to workout. There’s always a way to fit it in.
