Update 10/19/12: And the winner is… Barbara! Git it, girrrl. Congrats!
Free food is FUN! Care to get in on the Subway sammich-action? They threw me a gift card to try their new Tuscan Chicken Melt sammich. Now I wanna share a $25 Subway gift card with one lucky winner. Will it be YOU?
I’m usually a veggie patty gal, but the Tuscan Chicken Melt is only here for the month of October, so I had to chomp down. Tender chicken pieces with herb seasoning and drizzlings of basalmic vinaigrette (dang, that was good). I customized my Tuscan sammich by adding pepper jack cheese, spinach, onions and green peppers. Holla!!!
Only 380 calories and packed with 27 grams of protein. Now THAT’S my kinda sammich. If you gotta snag lunch on the go or you’re feeling too lazy to make food for yourself, then Subway is a smart way to do your stomach-feeding.
git wit da’ video, baby…
The Prize: One lucky person snags the $25 Subway gift card to chow down on some sammich-goodness.
How To Enter: Leave a comment and tell me: What toppings do YOU like on your sammiches?
Your chance to enter ends Monday, 10/15/12. Winners announced by 10/17/12. United States entries only. Totally null and void where prohibited. M’kay?
Ready? Set. SAMMICH!!

I love your blog! I order my baked chicken on the oat bread, with spinach, black olives, onions, tomatoes, then top it off with the sweet onion dressing. Yum.
I love spinach, bannana peppers, pepper, red onions, black olives, and turkey. I’m a light mayo type of girl.
I like lettuce, tomato, black olives, and cucumbers on my sandwiches
I go for all of the veggies EXCEPT olives. Yuck. Not a fan of those nasty little dirt wads posing as vegetables.

I love lots of veggies on my sandwiches!!!
I get all the veggies, minus the hot peppers. I also skip the mayo or dressings in favor of pepper jack cheese – the heat brings WAY more to the flavor party, no need for that AND mayo (which I really don’t like anyway!).

Everything except Jalapenos, which are too overpowering!
