    Mon – Wed – Fri Wii in the AM with Bob Harper
    Tues – Thurs Yoga in the AM

    Walking or Riding Bike 30 mins in the evening

    Yes! I am always up for some free swag! My focus is coming from the training plan I’m following for my upcoming half marathon. That’s pretty cut and dry, but I’m going to focus on adding in strength and stretching to my plan and not slacking off on that!

    The plan is to do my running Monday-Thursday, with added strength workouts on Monday & Wednesday and extra stretching Tuesday & Thursday. Then, a long run on Saturday. Actually, just writing it down here helps me to focus on those goals! I’m going to do it!

    Josie, I just lubs ya. Exactly what I needed to hear. I was doing well and then … not so well. Last week was awful, actually, ending with a nasty migraine-ish headache and feeling like crud. Totally back on track today & feeling much better. Thanks for all your support!

    Great post Josie. This is the thing about this journey, – people get caught up in the craziness of life yet FAIL to put themselves as a priority on the to do list or the schedule one makes out for the week. Even when I was working 60 ++ hours a week, I still had myself on the priority list with exercise & food. Got to make your health a priority!

    Today I got up 15 min early (4:45) to fit in my workout (including a few of your crazy tuck/pike fitball ab craziness moves) before my 6:30 am conference call. F-ing focus!

    I’m cutting out treats this week. I have gotten a little lax and things that should be occasional treats are becoming daily habits. A handful of Cinnamon Toast Crunch (for shame!) here and a snack size York Peppermint Patty there aren’t bad things but I don’t like them being part of my daily routine. I don’t like that at all.

    I plan to add running into my mix. I teach fitness classes so I exercise a lot, but need to make sure I do things for me. There is a running group I plan to join…Saturday @7am (gulp). But, it will be my time, it’s just a 5K and I will be back home and showered by 8. Coffee and a yummy breakfast will be reward.

    My focus is Memorial Day. It’s the unofficial start of summer and I would really like to be comfortable enough to head out that weekend with my hubby without feeling self-conscious. Besides, it will be a catalyst to lose all summer long.

    Ohhh, my focus needs work. Not on my workout, that’s golden. No, I need focus with just about everything else. I’m having a lot of trouble with it. Breaking it down into small manageable chunks (hate that word) is a good idea along with a list. I just need to make the time to sit my ass down and FOCUS on getting focused.

    OM Goodness. Just found your site. Totally laughing and feeling encouraged in my  bid for weight loss. I’m so caught up in a new job that I have lost focus.
