Focus is an action word.
This week I will obviously focus on household responsibilities, family demands and professional fantasy job as a cake-eating pie-tester. All of this could easily fill up every ounce of my day and result in some Fitness ADD, but I won’t let that happen. I’ve already made my to-do list for the week to set my goals/tasks in front of my eyeballs as a form of focus. This list is also a measure of whether I’m really making progress. Meaning, am I crossing stuff off as “done”?
Focus ain’t always easy, but it can be done.
commanding you respectfully requesting that, through focus, you battle any Fitness ADD you’ve been experiencing. You can start my making a list of the things you need to focus on getting done. These free bags of focus are going fast, so hurry up and claims yours today.
